Chapter 31: Journey to the West Third-Person: The next morning, the three girls were still fast asleep in their beds. The curtains were closed, and it left their room extremely dark. Aside from the nightmare she had in the middle of the night, Dorothy was able sleep throughout and didn’t have another bad dream. Then the sound of a rooster crowing in the morning woke the girls up as Victoria stretched up her arms to wake up more. Babie, who was laying on her lap, woke up with a yawn and shook her head. Jenna fluttered her eyes opened and turned to her supine position. She sat up, stretched her arms out, rubbed her eyes, and yawned. She rolled her neck around in each direction to get the stiffness out. Dorothy was the last person to wake up. She opened her eyes briefly and blinked a few times. “Good morning, Dorothy,” Victoria said. “Did you sleep all right?” “Yes,” the girl nodded. “Thank you for being there for me and helping me go back to sleep.” “You’re welcome, Dorothy,”
